Itinerary
Florence is a great Italian destination as it can be combined with Rome, Venice and/or Lake Garda
due to its location. Below is just a sample itinerary for spending time in Florence, either on its
own or as part of an Italian trip.
- Day 1If travelling en route from Rome, take in the stunning scenery and pretty medieval town of Siena. (Please note that this day can be swapped with Day 4 depending on which city you are travelling from or to).
- Day 2Visit the famous Accademia Gallery and Uffizi Gallery before spending the afternoon enjoying a guided city tour of Florence.
- Day 3Travel to the endearing city of Lucca, hidden behind Renaissance walls. On the way back stop off in Pisa. Or For the art enthusiasts enjoy a day exploring the Bargello Museum, Baracci Chapel and Pitti Palace.
- Day 4If travelling North stop at the Ferrari Museum to end the tour in style!
